O’Connor Capital Partners is a privately owned and independent real estate investment, development, and management firm. The firm has acquired or developed more than $25 billion of property on behalf of various investment funds, institutional clients, and its own account, encompassing all major property types. The firm is based in New York City, with regional offices in Palm Beach and Mexico City. Their Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) was in need of a complete update in order to reflect their concentration in the "open-air" retail sector.

We created a more contemporary and reader friendly format along with updated photography including casual dining, fitness, cinema and other entertainment in order to introduce more open-air retail properties. The final deliverable was a printed 74 page, digitally printed, perfect bound book. Afterward, we were asked to develop a matching PowerPoint template for internal and external use.
