Headquartered in Washington, DC with Assets under management of $2 billion covering over 70 investments, National Real Estate Advisors specializes in executing build-to-core strategies, including an openend fund. They invest in all major real estate sectors—mixed-use, apartments, office, retail, industrial, hotels, and data centers. They primarily focus on investments in leading U.S. urban markets. Since their existing identity did not reflect the breadth of their offering and upscale portfolio of investment properties, they asked Cullinane to develop a new brand identity platform, graphic standards, PowerPoint templates, stationery system, advertising and website.


After first developing a new brand identification refresh and comprehensive communications platform, we focused on utilizing the stunning photography of properties that National owned and created a slide show for the home page which featured that portfolio. We built a searchable database which included all of their properties, then created a custom map with a zoomin and out feature so the user could search for properties down to the local level. We incorporated Responsive Design technology which maximized the user experience on the desktop, tablet and smart phone versions of the site.
