Dermot builds upscale rental properties in New York City and surrounding boroughs. As their properties became more and more upscale and hip, Dermot needed to more closely reflect the core components of the Dermot positioning to investors which included a capable and respected management team with deep knowledge of NY real estate markets, neighborhood by neighborhood, resulting in a proven, repeatable model for building, renovating and/or operating properties to enhance their value by perfectly reflecting the underlying appeal of the neighborhoods in which they are located.


We created a memorable tagline, messaging and website copy, along with a cutting edge design motif. The website was created with two audiences in mind: the public and current/potential investors. Our full program included development of a strategic market positioning and messaging, brand identity, stationery system, website and PowerPoint presentation templates.
